Yulefest 2007 Yulefest 2007 is the eleventh annual community Christmas dinner for all who are in need of family on that day. Last year, we were delighted to serve meals to approximately 360 people at the Mills Center and delivered 230 meals to people in their homes.
Yulefest is solely dependent upon donations and volunteers, so we are asking for your help. Volunteers are needed in the following ways: Decorating from 2 to 4 pm Dec. 24th, serving meals from 11 am to 3 pm Dec. 25th, baking pies and bringing them to the Mills Center between 2 and 4 pm Dec. 24th, delivering meals from the Mills Center beginning at 11:15 Dec. 25th, and cleaning the Mills Center until 4 pm on Dec. 25th, ANYONE wanting to help is welcome!
If you know anyone who would like to have a meal delivered to their home on Christmas day (beginning at 11:30 am), please contact Judith Vest at 532-8160. These are traditional meals consisting of turkey or ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, vegetables, and desserts. We will also need to know if the recipients are diabetic.
May God richly bless you through this Christmas Season and all through the year, as we celebrate His Majesty.
